woo hoo! thanks for the post. 100 lbs is something to aspire to, for sure. I confess, I look at pics of women oly lifters for further inspiration, but hearing these posts from NROL4W regs is more down to earth - attainable - than seeing a career lifter succeed.
I want to be able to deadlift half my body weight by the time I'm through NROL4W (the first time) Oh yeah, and do a proper push up from the floor.
Then I think my sweetie & I should go into the bush and single-trip portage a 5 day load, with a solo canoe each.
I love how lifting really opens the possibilities!
