Or maybe your PP isn't the greatest? It's been a long time ago thought that I ever had dry PP on its' own.

On the hip tilt, another one could be weak abdominal muscles.. both are needed to keep you 'balanced' . Very hard to work on something you've done wrong for a long time. But.. it can be done!
