Yup, it's just a wrong hip tilt, probably due to weak hip er.. flexors, glutes, muscles. Weakness. And vice. I haven't done much active work to fix it, I've been focused on my glutes. But they're almost fixed now, if the size of my ASS is any indication

It was a knee specialist, so no. He said nothing could give my patella his groove back, so I don't think he can still tell me anything. And I refuse to pay him so he can tell me to think positive again :p
