Default Stage 7 soreness

I just started Stage 7 a couple of days ago (did the second workout today), and was much sorer yesterday than I have been since I started NRoL, especially in my legs. This surprised me, since it's a blessed reprieve from the BWM and intervals. Has anyone else experienced this? And is there anything I can do to help alleviate it, besides more stretching?
