OK, so if I get it right your forward tilt is almost entirely at the hips ---> butt going to the back & abdomen sticking forward. Just drawing a mental picture of it.. since I am learning all the latin mumbo jumbo it's important to me to remember.

And you are SO right about strengthening your leg muscles.. had this discussed just 2 days ago on how people with torn ligaments in the knee (kruisbanden to you) still maintain stability because of their leg muscles. The disadvantage is that you have to actively think about it & be aware.

So, did you see your doctor back after starting a strength program? Did he ever suggest it?
