Thanks!

Chondromalacia is a fancy name for "knee pain from undefined cause". The muscles around my knees were so weak that my patella slipped out of it's natural groove, grinding on the cartilage in the process. I asked the doctor if I would be cripple at 50 and he said "The most important thing is that you think positive". Tosser.

I thought positive all the way to the gym, and then figured building up leg muscle might have a better effect. I was right

I don't have extreme lordosis, in fact a PT told me once that I have almost no curvature in my back (I told him: "that's cause it's all in my hips!).

I figure I have tilt because my ass sticks out, my belly sticks forward, and I have the hardest time keeping a straight back during lunges.

But all this will become clear when I get some pictures up. I'm waiting for my hotpants to come out of the wash!
