Might want to check out the discussion of posture at Karen411's log. We posted a bunch of articles that have been very helpful. My posture has been hideous for 45 years, passable for maybe 3 months. Getting better. Did you read the article on lazy glutes that came out the other day? (of course I can't remember who wrote it).
