Thank you very much Galya.

Once my contraception is up I am going to get some prenatal vitamins from my doctor and start taking that. I don't smoke, rarely drink (and will make that none at all during pregnancy) and try and eat a clean varied diet at present. I will miss my coffee and sashimi but a healthy kid is worth it.
