Minor Update
Well, I am solidly at 214-216 lbs. these days. Dang, trying to get to 205 (ish) or so by the end of July is going to be hard!
The running is going great, 30-35 miles weekly. My speed seems a bit better as well. I am doing one interval workout per week, one long run, and 2-3 shorter runs. I keep dreaming I can get closer to the 4:15 / 4:30 range for the marathon.
Weight training 3 times a week, hitting the whole body only once per week. Also trying to do a bit of core work and stretching, both of which are new to me.
If I can make some more progress and get down to 205 I will post a another pic, not much use to post a pic with such a small change in weight.
