Since I don't have access to a chin up bar (and since I can't do one without assistance it would be useless anyways), I was doing lat pulldowns. Is there a different exercise I can substitute instead of chinups 3x10?
Also, olympic good mornings are on for Training Day B. I don't have access to an oly bar. Is there such thing as db good mornings and would that be okay?
