Default Jules - strength & definition

Well, here we are again. Hi, my names is Jules and I live in Belgium. I'm a nerd and spent all my time behind the PC until my legs started atrophy'ing and my patellas sank down to my ankles. These days I only spend most of my time behind the PC.Progress, right?

Program: NROL4W, stage 4
Goals: Gain strength, lower bodyfat %, ensure health
Goals, shallow: Have awesome back definition
Goals, feats of strength: a chin-up, a BW deadlift
Bodies I like: Amanda Greyson, Craig Horner

Favorite exercise: Deadlifts
Most hated/feared exercise: BB squats

Bodypart most smug about: Back (and it's not even worthy of smugness yet!)
Most cringeworthy bodypart: Hips/ass circumference ("That's no moon.. ")

Physical problems: Chondromalagia (under control), anterior pelvic tilt (getting better), lazy glutes (damm you bastards to hell!)
Mental problems: Diet amnesia, desire not to be thought of as OCD and fitness-fanatic by the mundanes, exercise ADD
