I totally agree with Lisa .. I've never been fond of protein shakes for a few reasons ..

1 - I'd rather eat my calories than drink them

2 - It's really hard to find a good protein powder .. most to me either taste too chalky, too much like chemicals, or have added sugars, artificial sweeteners, etc. If it's strictly for convenience standpoint, that's one thing .. but if you're able to get home to eat an actual meal with protein .. I think that's your best bet. Protein for the most part is protein ... unless you're a bodybuilder, I think your standard food sources of protein will do just fine.
