1. whey protein shake, 1C almond milk, 25g banana, 1 slice cheese
2. 3.5 oz grilled salmon, 3 C TJ's spicy stringbeans
3. 3 oz TJ's turkey breast, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 Builders' protein bar
4. 1 Trader Joe's Buffalo burger (high protein), 1/8C catsup, 1 ear corn, salad, 26g avocado, 1T Salad Drsg-Kens lite Parmesan
Total 1,396cal; 94.5g fat 30%, 46gcarb 25%, 151g protein 44%

1pkt splenda, about 1/4 container of crystal lite that goes into a 1/2 gal of water. no spray oil
today was a double exercise day: B1 of OPT and 1 hr Jazzercise. Should be about 2200-2300cal burned GWF.
