Wow. I'm impressed that you made it through twice, and I've been lifting randomly for over 5 years and am just starting the 4W program, and it's pretty killer. I'm deadlifting 65 pounds, and squatting 75, and I thought I was doing good, now I know better, ha ha. I can only hope to be deadlifting 100 pounds !!!!!
Now, when you say you are starting NROL, do you mean the one for men?
