When you go to someone's log, and in the grey bar, where you see:
View First Unread LinkBack Thread Tools Search this Thread Rate Thread Display Modes
Under the drop down for Thread Tools, you'll see "subscribe to this thread."
Hahaha I have found this JP Fitness website to be very difficult to navigate for anything higher than read or write... a real struggle each time!
