I followed aoife's and duck's advice last night and rolled onto the ball on my belly (looks waaaay sexy

) and was able to do my 2 sets of 8! I kept the ball on my thighs in order to not fall off, but I did it! thank you all sooooooo much!
Ooph, my abs are sore today.
