The other possibility is sugar. Have you cut sugar out of your life everywhere else and still eat PB with sugars? If so this could be your sugar fix craving...

I know that I'm definitely low on "good fats", so I'm guessing that's part of the craving. I think alot of it too .. it just 10 years of built up deprivation that has unleashed itself and given me such intense cravings that i feel like i just can't fight them! I don't eat sugars for the most part .. I use Splenda very lightly in tea/coffee (maybe 3-4 packets a day) and the rest of my diet is whole foods (oatmeal, fruits, veggies, tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.
This is getting frustrating .. I feel like I literally have NO power to say no when my head/body starts wanting PB!
