I wouldn't say I'm more nervous, but I am a naturally calm person over all. I do want to be able to do things that I can't. I remember this from a few years ago too. Back then, I'd want to read a book, or cook a dish, or research a topic, or go for a walk but I didn't have the energy. When I'm on medication all I have to do is get myself started; tell myself I'm going to go for a walk around the block and I end up running or read a couple pages and I read a couple chapters, that kind of thing. Now, it takes consistent energy and I don't have the benefit of momentum. That's the best way I can describe it right now anyway.

I was watching a movie with my husband last night and really wanted to get some weights in my hands or do a couple sit ups. I irrationally feel like I'm going to atrophy completely over the next 2 weeks, which is silly. I'll be fine. A week or two later I'll be back to where I was in weight and strength I'm sure.
