I injured my left ankle about 2 months ago, maybe more, exercising of course. Whenever I decide to try and get in shape or often enough I have a habit of injuring myself.
I went to PT twice and said the heck with it. I saw a podiatrist, orthopedist and general family doc.
Finally orthodics, in shoe foot arch replacements are helping and so is staying off it.

cause I told a personal trainer that my ankle was mainly healed and so he took that to believe it was healed. He had me jumping on it and I practiced the exercise at home, re-injuring it.
Sigh, onwards and upwards.
