Worked out this morning after an extra glass of water and a mug of coffee. It went well and I felt great afterwards.

Deadlift: 3x12@230
Dumbbell incline bench press: 3x12@50
Bulgarian split squat: 1x12@20, 2x12@25
Mixed grip lat pull down: 3x12@90
Romanian deadlift: 3x12@110
Swiss ball lateral roll: 3x15
