Yeah .. I've seriously cut back a LOT on the use of equal, sweet n low, splenda, etc .. But it just frustrates me that they can claim calorie free when it's not. Sure, if you're using a packet or two here or there, it's certaintly not likely to have a huge impact on overall caloric intake .. but there was a time where I was probably using 20-30 packets a day of equal (in coffee, tea, yogurt, oatmeal) and using I Can't Believe It's not Butter spray on lots of veggies, toast, etc., and the calories I was taking in with this "calorie free" crap just infuriates me! I guess it's just all the more reason to gradually push myself to the most natural/unprocessed things as the bulk of my food intake!
