Aoife's right... also, in general, if the serving is under 5 cals, I think they can call things calorie-free (correct me if I'm wrong). In tiny servings (butter spray, sweeteners) they are "calorie-free" IF you, for example, spray for 1/2 second and stop... yeah, right!

The bigger issue for me is that they can trigger hunger/cravings (artificial sweeteners)... and for me I sometimes get very sick from them too. I'll take my 10-20 cals of sugar over all that chemical stuff, and I just avoid pop...
