I'm looking to start nrolfw in a few weeks. The kids will be home on summer vacation, which means I'll be home too!! Must work out at home. I'm figuring out what equipment I'll need. Any suggestions for an alternative exercise / equipment for the "Wide grip lat pulldown"?
