Just as an aside ... at the summit I asked Alan Aragon after his presentation, about protein powders since he was talking about pre- and post-workout nutrition and using PP. He told me to use soy. The great soy debate is bunk apparently ... and I trust Alan's opinion as he really looks at all the research.
