Thanks all...my issue is there are days when i need to get in about 140 grams protein but im also in a deficit right now, so im once again still trying to get the most bang for my buck! I love LEighs choc pp/ pb2 combo thingy as she calls it....It uses protein powder though.
I did go out last night and find out that FAGE greek fat free yogurt has 20 grams a protein per cup, so today im gonna try to make a shake with that and just use 1/4 of the amount of protein...I could just eat the yogurt too, but i want to see if i can come up with something close to a shake....im weird and enjoy them, especially in the summer.
