Whey has always bothered me, though I still eat it anyway sometimes.

Most of the time I use egg. I have soy/pea in stock as well.

In general, though I don't use powders that much and I don't recommend them for most people with digestion issues unless you are using them as a supplement delivery.

Are you using the glutamine/probotic/enzyme combo yet?
