Rice Milk v's cow's Milk in Protein shakes
Hi, I've tried searching the forum for posts on rice milk but couldn't really find an answer whether there would be a problem switching from full cream cow's milk to rice milk for use in protein shakes? I would be using this combination for muscle gain. I know rice milk is lower in protein and higher in carbohydrates but I wasnt using the protein or carbs in cows milk as a source in my diet anyway. Is there anything else in cow's milk that isnt in rice milk that would aid muscle gain, or vice versa... and why does everyone mix their protein powder with cow's milk?
