Hi I am new to the forums. I have read through most of the book so far and I really like it. The only exception is the diet. I like a macro breakdown of 40p/30c/30f and not 40c/30p/30f. I am new to lifting and have only been at it for three months lifting heavy 4x a week, HIIT 2x a week (I switched from LISS after reading the book) and eating clean but with
my macro breakdown. I'm planning on trying the first routine in the book. There are a lot of of moves in there that I already do but there are a few that are different and I would love to try them to keep things fresh.
I like how the book is straight forward without usage of the word tone, but has anyone else felt like the diet was a little off?
