Yeah, I did SI and SII and loved them both. As far as the wave loading, for the 1 rep sets, I did go for 1RM most times. If you look thru my log you will see lots of
PR's during both Strength programs. I took a break to do some metabolic type training for the last few weeks, but plan to do SIII, as well.
Oh, and you don't have to do 4 workouts a week. You can do 2, 3, or 4...whichever works best for you. I did 3 or 4, depending on the week.
