I actually felt good about today's workout. I was looking forward to it.
Jump chins
5 x 5 x BW - superset with
Standing Dumbbell Press
5 x 5 x 35#
Lat Pulldowns
3 x 8 x 70#
Cable Upright Row
3 x 8 x 70#
Standing Cable Crunches
3 x 10 x 30#
Kneeling Cable Crunches
3 x 10 x 30
I felt the work a lot more after the kneeling crunches then the Standing Crunches. I am experimenting with a variety of ab work. I like these and am going to incorporate them more often.
