I have had it done twice once a year ago with a nutritionist and now this year--I have a doc that is Family practice/endocrinologist/homeo pathic, yup all three wrapped up in one--
But I think the allcat lab will let you order it on your own--just thru them, that is the one I had done a year ago, which measure food sensitivies/inflammation response and if you come up positive then there are different levels of sensitivies, mild, med, high and mild you would rotate in every 4th day, med you would avoid 3-6 months, and high, do not add back in?

The other one was ordered thru Meridian valley, I am not sure if you can do this one yourself or not, but it measures not only the sensitivies/inflammation response, but also the IGE which is the true allergy--I think
I came up postive in dairy with both labs

I am sure if you see a nutritionist or an allergist you could have this done or ordered otherwise go online and get numbers and call-I am pretty sure you can do on your own
Dessie, hope this helps
