Oh I have done some of the brown rice protein powder, but you have to aquire the taste--not the best!!
But if you need to get boat loads of protien in and don't want the bulk, I guess it is not bad, although like everyone says real food is the best for ya anyway--but I use to use my protein shakes for supplement use and my dessert, use to put in blender and lots of ice--mmm like ice cream--for pretend, or protein powder oatmeal cookies, etc--it is nice to dream!!
