The HIAH really emphasizes the speed of movement and rep counting, stopping when any change in form, speed, range occurs. NROL seems to emphasize the 312 or 113 types of tempos during the lifts. I like that both use full body workouts and mix it up from workout to workout with A,B,C plans. Both use a heavy, medium, light day during the week. NROL seems to use more supersets or alternating sets, which you can't really do when you are counting reps with HIAH. I am trying both programs and will probably put together the combination that works best for me, but was wondering if someone has already done that and had some thoughts on it.
