just curious about the book
im not doing this, but say I just wanted to concentrate on food and not exercise. or at least only do cardio. once again, i'm not doing this and I do the calculations (even used the spreadsheet someone put on there website). it says on non workout days I have to eat about 1300 calories. I thought this was considered low and people dont recommend this low? lets just say I was a little over bmi and needed to lose some weight.
