Thank you for your replys. In retrospect the title of this thread could be better.

I will keep moving foward with FLI with a 1000 cal deficit daily and see how things go.

I'm also going to look into Lyle Mcdonald's Rapid Fat Loss to see what that is all about.

If the lbs don't start coming off I it will be months before I can even think about trying to bulk up which is what I want to do ... gain muscle.

I have to keep reminding myself it took me 9-10 years to get where I am at, and can't return in just a couple months.
