Eternal Beginner - Fat Loss I/II
Hi,
I'm taking a week off after 4 weeks of the break in program and am looking ahead to what's to come next as an eternal beginner. I've a query about how to go about Fat Loss I and II:
Under the description of programs to follow for the eternal beginner, the instructions for Fat Loss I and II are: "Three workouts a week for six weeks", a total of 18 workouts.
The description for these two programs, however, suggests to "do each of the two workouts six times", a total of 12 workouts.
I'm curious how people approached this discrepancy. My guess is that I should do 18 workouts and increase the number of workouts usings sets/reps of 3/15, 3/12, and 3/10 from 2 to 3.
Or would people doing 3 workouts a week just do Fat Loss I and II for a total of 4 weeks?
