Thanks guys. I kinda came to the same conclusions myself (time to bulk up). I'm not not trying to lose 10 more lbs (per se), just cut the body fat; however, yeah more muscle would do it. The never ending munchies was just bugging the hell outta me
As to the jump rope for AEB, I count my reps by the hundreds an d when I say 500, it usually means more like 600 but I tend to lose count and always round down!
Anybody out there that is looking for a fun cardio aerobic AND anaerobic workout, I highly recommend it..
4 months ago I couldn't even do 100 in a row w/o being out of breath.
