Exclamation I'm ALWAYS hungry!!! Please help me!

I'm trying to burn off that last 10 lbs of fat. I eat 5-6 meals per day (lean protein and a complex carb), and I'm always hungry all day long. I weigh 135, am 5'4" tall(short), 35 year old male. I easily eat 2200-3000 cal per day. I jump rope a total of 5000-6000 reps/day with bodyweight exercises thrown into the mix. I injured my foot and was forced to take 2 weeks off my rope jumping and put on 10 lbs. I never use to have this insatiable hunger b4 (even with the munchies!), and I know if I could just control my snacking thru the day, I'd have no problem burning off the last 10 lbs.
Please help....
