I love the book - but the one thing that did disappoint me is that it is written really exclusively around performing workouts at a gym. There seems to be zero consideration given to anyone doing workouts elsewhere.
For a book that has someone doing a lunge with dumbbells...
Well, you get my point.
I just wish there were some programs in there written around home workouts... Like with powerblocks as mentioned above. Heck they can go up to 135# per pair.
