Alternating sets and rest
Am I not supposed to be resting btw legs/arms, or in btw. excersizes?
Cause I'm inclined to rest for 15-30 seconds after doing my right leg on step ups, for example, before I do my left leg, and then I rest for the same period before doing shoulder presses, resting after each arm..
Am I being a pussy?
Should I just rest after I've done each leg or arm, ie. only in between excersizes?
