Squat rack, bench, oly bar, and a 300 lb set to start with. Investing in 2 additional 45 lb plates would be a good idea eventually. A step up box will come in handy (although you will curse yourself for getting one)

There are a lot of great body weight programs out there. You can find one by Alywn Cosgrove right here http://www.alwyncosgrove.com/bodyisabarbell.html. It may help you to break in while you wait to get access to a gym.
