Question Homemade Almond Milk

Hello, yes a newbie here (Love it here). I am reading FLTS and getting my plan for nutrition and training set. I recently have been making my own almond milk and absolutely love it.

I have a set recipe, but was thinking of adding 6 cups water instead of the 5. Does anyone know how to figure calories, etc. on the homemade stuff?? Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks
Here's the recipe:
PS I LEAVE OUT THE SALT, VANILLA AND PRUNE

For sweeter add another date. You can also add a tsp. of vanilla extract or one vanilla bean for more flavor. This will last up to four days in the fridge.
5 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

1 cup Raw Almonds
5 cups Water
1 Pitted Date
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions

Makes 5 1-cup servings.
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Filter milk through cheese cloth or a nut milk bag into large bowl. Transfer filtered milk into storage container. Remaining almond peices can be used in other recipes or smoothies
