Yesterdays calories 1542, protein 99.8 and fiber 30.9 which is awesome.
The only problem was that I was exhausted yesterday, so much that I went home after work without going to the gym. I just couldn't hack it.
Todays calories 1534, protein 63.7 (I know!) and fiber 20.1 (ugh). I had a nice lunch with 70 grams of turkey breast and broccoli and cottage cheese but it didn't work out. I was training someone all morning and couldn't eat at my desk at 12:00. At 1:00 I had to meet someone for lunch so I ate there. I did ok, an egg, cheese, mushroom and tomato panini. It was yummy! It just didn't give me the protein I meant to have.
Anyway, I felt better today then yesterday and went in for some weights and elliptical after work. I'm defitely losing; even some muscle because I'm barely holding onto the weight I've been lifting. I'm not dropping back, it's just feeling heavier. I'm not too worried though. I'm doing the best I can and I'm pretty pleased with my resolve this time. I'm not a super strict person in anything at all so I'll never be a super controlled contest dieter or anything.
On another note though, I think I'm starting to see definition in my abs already. Back when I was chronically undereating and not exercising I
almost had defined abs. Now that I've been over eating a bit for a while and training too, I must have some nice muscle under this layer here. I'm just waiting for it to show, and I think it might. That would be some luck.
