To do the programs as written you'll really need a bar, weight plates, a squat rack/powercage/SomethingToLetY ouLoadTheBar and a way to do pull ups in lieu of lat pulldowns.
For squats and deadlifts, 45#x2 db will quickly be grown out of (and you can't really deadlift with dbs).
That's not to say you couldn't build a program around the DBs that you have and get good workouts, but I don't think you can really do NROL with just that equipment.
