A bit of advice. Never post a question that you want answered in the "runners" forum.

I will restate my question:

I don't hear a lot about post-running nutrition. I started running about 2 miles a day for my cuting phase and when I am done I just drink tons of water.


What should I be drinking? Anything particular?
