Congratulations! It is really helpful to read about your experiences, and to see how you have come through the program. I too have had knee problems, gone through PT, etc., then just learned to live with the pain if I wanted to continue running. I am now at the point where I can run with just some swelling and achiness afterward, which I fully attribute to re-balancing my muscles through NR (I am currently in stage 3). Best of luck to you in whatever program you chose next!
