What brand/type of HRM do you have that keeps 'counting' activity for 24hrs and shows it in calories?
Am on the lookout for another (preferentially pre-loved) Polar and am not sure what type to get.. more like the simplest of the more complicated ones if you get my drift

Its just a Polar F6, it does fine for me. I wore it all day; I'm guessing it should be close to accurate, but I don't know. I still only wore it for 12 hours today though. Its just not comfortable and its trying to wear a hole into my skin. It says I burned 1229 today which is a big difference from 1677 yesterday, but I changed my weight on it this morning and didn't go to the gym at lunchtime, only after work so its probably accurate.
