You can't choose where the fat comes off, unfortunately.

Think of your fat as a big snowdrift. When that snowdrift begins to melt, where does it go away first? Where there's less of it. It takes a LOOONG time to get those huge mounds of snow to melt all the way down. The edges melt away first.

So, where do you hold most of your fat? That's probably the last to leave. And, before you get there, you are going to lose incrementally everywhere else, as well.
