Non-lifting Cardio Days and Whey Protein
In NROL4W they say you can incorporate some days of cardio when you don't lift weights. Should I eat back those calories that I burn or should I not? Should I drink a protein shake after aerobic exercise? Also, I have women's whey protein (Aria), but should I buy "regular"/"men's" whey protein? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks!
