Not perfect but, again, my resolve staying pretty high. At work we all were supposed to bring in baked goods (though only two of us did it) and it all stayed on either side of me at my desk. I had two of each in the morning and then resisted temptation for the rest of the day. I knew I had to because the day was all planned out.
Also, I wore my heart rate monitor from almost 8 am to almost 8 pm (about 11 hours and 45 minutes). I burnt 1677 calories in the most active 12 hours of my day. I'm doing it again today, and I plan to keep it on for 24 hours (minus my shower). It'll probably be a lot less though because I fixed my weight in its file from 74 kg to 70 kg and I probably won't work out quite as hard today.
Oh yeah, yesterday morning I was down 4 pounds from the week before. Woo Hoo!
